PvP Guide - Versatile Frigates

Most people thing versatile frigates are weak but its in the eye of the beholder. Even with less tank than Assault Frigates and less speed than Interceptor's those ships can be really dangerous. You can never assume what a versatile frigate has fitted until you attack one. Every race has one versatile frigate and those ships are effective counter attackers.
